Our Mission is Simple:
​Supporting families navigating pediatric medical journeys by addressing the practical, emotional and logistical challenges that extend beyond hospital walls.
When a child requires specialized medical care, the entire family is affected. Parents juggle work and hospital stays, siblings take on unexpected roles, and families stretch budgets to cover travel, meals, and lodging.
Hand to Heart Village exists to change this story. We are the first organization to support the whole family through the whole journey of pediatric medical complexity. Our programs combine practical help -lodging, travel, and meals - with emotional healing through sibling support and trauma-informed family therapy.
